This elegant & unique wrist watch was converted from an antique / vintage pocket watch. Top quality and very rare. Truly a one of a kind. Case: Handcrafted, solid silver 925, engraved case designed specifically for movement with mineral crystals front and back. Dial: Excellent new handcrafted, engraved silver enamel dial with non-numeric hour marks, ruby stone, subsidiary seconds at 9, in perfect condition, enscripted VACHERON CONSTANTIN GENEVE. Top quality, chromed & frosted, adjusted, chronometer, pin-set. Size: Diameter - 49mm ; Diameter (with crown) - 54mm ; Thickness - 14.5mm. Strap: Gray with chromed metal buckle, 22mm, python genuine leather (Easily replaceable). Works very well, condition is clean & well preserved.

Serial #: 2S82696 dates it to the 1890's. No Documents/Certificates/Box come with the watch.
