Koehn pocket watch movement Wolf teeth assoc. Of Patek Philippe Circa 1895. Edward Koehn was born in 1839.

He studied from 1859 at the watchmaking school in Geneva. Then he started in 1895 as a simple watchmaker for Patek Philippe and after 15 years and was appointed director. In 1891, Edward Koehn retired from Patek Philippe and bought the H. Ekegren as chief of manufacture. When Ed Koehn left Patek, he set out to make a finer watch than Patek Philippe, and there is no little doubt that he was making one of the finest watches in the world.

These movements are marked: E. Koehn, Genave , SUISSE, s/n # 71680. In an excellent status which was very well saved, considering age of this watch (110 years).

Movement has been recently serviced. Movement works fine and keeps good time. CASE: Quality Hand-Engraved Art NOT a 3D Printing or a Laser Engraving Case Material: Stainless Steel Front: special cut mineral glass. SIZE: 43 mm - Diameter of the original mineral glass 48 mm - Case wide 57 mm - Case tall from lug to lug 13 mm - Thickness 20 mm - Band size.
