Hamilton Watch, movement serial number: 290274, Grade: 936, to finishing Dept: Jan. 2,1904, Adjusted # of positions: 5, Railroad Grade. This watch would be perfect for a collector or someone who is willing to get it up and working to its prior glory. The second hand does move occasionally.

I don't know much about antique pocket watches, so I can't tell you why it doesn't work. Watch does have a few cosmetic flaws such as, a chip on the face by the second hand, wear on the sides and back of watch, and a dent on its left backside, the same side as the 3. I have posted several pictures.

Please look over them carefully and message me with any questions or concerns. As I said I do not know why the watch doesn't work. It could be something as simple as needing to be adjusted or something that is more costly. The item "Hamilton Pocket Watch Movement Railroad Grade 1900s" is in sale since Monday, October 16, 2017.
