It is in gorgeous shape with just a very small amount of patina, no water damage at all. There is a small screw missing from the jeweled barrel arbor, and another on one of the jewel settings, but it was running amazingly for me and keeping time to within 6 seconds a week when the balance staff broke. It was never dropped or abused while I had it (6 years), and had been taken care of correctly. Fix up the balance staff and have an amazing historical runner, find a couple of tiny screws and restore it to its full glory (my watch maker never had any screws this small in his parts bin), or use it for parts yourself.
