18s 17j Elgin railroad grade pocket watch marked Standard on dial and movement

  
Antique 18 size 17 jewel adjusted damaskeened nickel Elgin mvt #5842903 with Breguet hairspring runs with good motion but it has not had a routine servicing in a long time (if anyone asks I can check it for timeliness overnight, since I wound it a few hours ago it has been keeping time but I have not checked it to the second). Open-face and pendant set, this was a railroad grade movement when made and the marking "Standard" on both the dial and mvt was no doubt to indicate that it was a standard watch acceptable for railroad service. Nickel alloy case has extra screw marks. There are a few very fine hairlines in the dial. Used and worn as shown in detailed high resolution pictures.
