Ticking, but gummy and needing to be serviced. ALL my items will need service, nothing I sell is ready for pocket or wrist. {if applicable} "Starts running" means exactly that, not tested, not checked for length of running time, not checked for anything but whether it starts running when wound. When I say that a watch needs "at least" something, it means that I have not done a complete survey of any damage, just a quick scan, my watchmaker charges 100.00 an hour and at that rate a full survey is not do-able. I've been accused of neglegence due to the brevity of my descriptions.
