For your consideration, an Illinois 18s 17 jewel Illinois railroad grade pocket watch that is running very well. The balance has a swift, flat and true motion. Notice that the plain silveroid case has the stem/crown not in place. Inserted, it winds and set perfectly but this movement is deserving of a better case. The balance has a brisk motion with plenty of arc.
