The original pocket case was lost over the time. To save and protect this rare timepiece it has been custom cut into a Skeleton and installed in the new stainless steel case.

Big Screw-compensating balance wheel with gold screws -Blued hairspring in very good condition -Ruby end-stone on a balance wheel -17 jewels -Clean and good looking movement -Just serviced and oiled with a Swiss made oil. Stem wound and pin set -Flame blued screws in peculiar to old VC dark violet color- magnificent! -Wolf tooth winding gears -signed by Vacheron Constantin logo and number (twice) -Adjusted. CASE: Rose Gold plated case with mineral crystals. HANDS: Antique gold tone hands STRAP.
