Antique 1903 Omega 15j Pocket Watch Movement

  

This movement is missing the crown. The mainspring is not buggered and the balance wheel rocks and the seconds hand starts rotating as well so we should assume this is working. I have no clue if it keeps accurate time. Dial has some chips around the rim but please make your best judgement when it comes to the condition of the dial. Please see attached pictures for more details.

I have no history on the movement. To test it, I GENTLY rocked the balance wheel to see if it rocked as it should. I also checked the mainspring to make sure it is not buggered up. That is as much as I know to do in regards to these movements.
