Antique 1918 Illinois 19j Bunn RR Grade Pocket Watch size 16s in Keystone Case

  
An extremely nice antique size 16s Illinois Watch Co. Watch Grade is Bunn w/19 jewel lever set movement with red ruby jewels. This watch has a Double Roller, 3/4 plate, openface movement with nickel finish and 48 hr Motor Barrel. The watch adjusts to temperature and five positions This watch has a very clean double-sunk Montgomery dial, with a second hand register and bold Arabic numerals and is marked "Illinois". There are some hairlines on dial, near minute 51 and minute 9 as well as hairlines within the second hand register (see photos). Spade Hour and Whip Minute Hands have a azure blue finish. The watch was manufactured circa 1918 with movement Serial Number: 3380813. This watch keeps very good time. Watch is encased in a Keystone Watch Case Co. 10k Rolled Gold Plate screw back and bezel case (Serial number: 4509508) with a plain polish back with die engraved bezel edges.

Case back has one small depression and some scratches consistent with use and age. Watch measures 49 mm in diameter X 59 mm long (at bow) X 13.5 mm thick (crystal included). This Antique Illinois Railroad Watch is in fine condition, with many years of trouble-free service remaining. Watch has not been timed for accuracy and current state of operation and/or running can not be guaranteed as items are used and have not been mechanically serviced.
