Here is some additional information I found pertaining to this movement. I rotated the movement to check the balance and the balance does not rotate freely as it should.

Notes/Condition: This convertible movement is in good condition and is clean considering it is 140 years old. The damaskeening on the back is beautiful! Let me know if you have what we deal in.
