Item: 16 size 21 jewels pocket watch movement. Here is some additional information I found pertaining to this movement. Private Label(s) in Run. 17.5, 39.0, 58.0. I rotated the movement to see the action of the balance and it does not rotate freely as it should.

Notes/Condition: This movement is railroad grade, in a private label, and has a montgomery dial, beautiful damaskeening on the back, and hands in great condition making it ultra rare.
