Over the years we have bought out Collections, Watchmaker estates, as well as jewelry stores that were going out of business. Here is some additional information I found pertaining to this movement. 10.5, 38.5, 56.0. The balance rotates back and forth and the second hand advances as it should. Notes/Condition: Nice High Grade movement and 12 size watches are perfect to carry in a pocket as they are not so heavy that they make your slacks pockets swing when you walk. The service history of this watch is unknown to me unless I state otherwise.

Therefore you should expect to service this watch if you are a responsible collector. Often times these watches have been forgotten in a jewelers desk or in a back room for 30 plus years.

I like to save them from that demise and get them back into the hands of collectors. It doesn't take very long for old gummy oil to stop a movement from running (many times just a week or so) or even worse if the oil is dried out it might not take too long for the watch to grind itself up inside. This is not specific to my watches, but to all that have not been serviced in the last few years.
