A rare, most likely Swiss in origin, Duplex repeating pocket watch movement retailed by Grohe in London. The movement is ticking, it winds ok and ticks away in all positions without interruption. The repeating mechanism is functioning but works incredibly slowly, taking about 2 minutes to go fully though the motions. I tried this twice only. The movement has come from a collection that has not been touched or looked at in a generation, so the movement will require cleaning and oiling.

Hopefully, this will get the repeating mechanism working as it should. Dial is missing from the movement. Finished to a high standard, nicely jewelled, cut and compensated balance with gold screws. To receive updates about new listings, special offers and upcoming stock.
