Movement has a good balance, it winds up and has been tested only slightly and has ticked away happily for several minutes sitting on a desk, service most likely required. Dial is gold, unsure of purity, weight over 4g.

Nice and ornate but it has some wear visible. Back of the dial has a hand engraving of the movement number and "capt" indicating it was made for this movement at the time.
