Probably the case sleeve did help. It winds and ticks, but not running great: a bit fast like 160 seconds/day flat on timegraph (regulator is at slowest position).
I tested the chronograph by pushing the lever, it works good & resets to zero. As for the repeater, it chimes on demand (see video).
But it needs to be adjusted right as it is not synchronized with the time shown with hands. The signed porcelain dial is in fantastic condition, no edge chips, no hairlines. All original gorgeous hands are present, with their decorative stones (all present too). They may be rose gold (untested). No jewel count markings, but serial number No. 1540 and the beautifully engraved Sandoz coat of arms & motto "Sine Dolo". It measures 44.4 mm diameter. We work very hard to describe our items at the best of our knowledge, ask any questions if you are not sure.
