You get everything you see in the photos, which I detail moderately below. The majority of this lot is from a previous listing of mine that I ended a couple days ago, which had more complete watches and was priced much higher.

I have now scrapped all the gold filled cases and now just those movements are in this lot, I have removed three watches, and I have added a handful of additional, watches, cases, chains, etc. Please read below for a somewhat detailed listing of the contents of this lot. I will not go into a description of physical condition (cracked dials, missing hands, etc). Please rely on the photos for physical condition. Movements do not have stems or crowns.

So, I cannot fully test them. I will give the balance a push on each one and note if it ticks for a few seconds or more (will be noted as TICKS in list). I cannot tell on the movements whether or not the mainspring is good. If there a obvious flaw, like a bad hairspring, I will note it.

I think all are complete with one or two exception. For example, if I say something has a bad hairspring, I really cannot tell you if there is some other issue with the balance. If I say it has a balance issue, I mean it's wobbly, as in it has a bad staff or broken jewel, maybe worse. So, please consider my details to be rough and I cannot guarantee anything. Lastly, please assume I will make a mistake on the size of one or two. If I say it's 6 size and it's really an 8 size, for example, please don't make a big deal of it.

Included in the lot are the following movements. 5 are 18 size, 3 of these tick, 2 have bad hairsprings. 5 are 16 size, 4 tick, 1 balance issue.

6 are 12 size, 3 tick, 1 has balance issue, one has broken cock and bad hairspring, 1 has a bad hairspring and good balance. 7 are 6 size, 4 tick, 2 tick a little but a bit sticky (perhaps some jamming in great train), 1 has balance issue and bad hairspring.

2 are 0 size, both tick. 1 is 14 size colonial series, ticks. 3 are 6 size, 2 tick, 1 ticks but a bit sticky. 1 is 0 size, balance issue. 2 are 18 size (one is marked Columbia grade), both tick.

1 is 12 size Washington Watch Co Army & Navy, ticks. 1 is 6 size, ticks. 1 Hamilton 12 size grade 912, ticks. 1 is 18 size Railway, ticks.

1 is 12 size Minute Man, ticks, has crown and stem, masonic dial but brand name is scratches off dial. 1 Betsy Ross, 0 size, ticks. 1 New York Standard 6 size, bad balance and hairspring. 4 Swiss (I suppose) about 16 size.

1 unmarked but looks like quality, ticks. 1 Record, doesn't really tick but balance and hairspring seem ok. 1 Buren, doesn't really tick but balance and hairspring seem ok.

Now, on to the watches, in no particular order. I will describe any obvious issue, and if I say its running, I mean I wound it a little bit and it started ticking. I do not know if they stay running or are accurate. Rockford 18 size, keywind, running.

Rockford 18 size, stemwind, running. Waltham 18 size, stemwind, I think there's a mainspring issue, but ticks a bit when you push balance. Hampden 18 size, keywind, mainspring issue, but ticks a little when I push balance.

Meriden Watch Co Conn, 18 size, keywind, running. Illinois 18 size, keywind, mainspring issue but ticks a little if I push the balance, miscased in a Dueber Hampden salesman exhibition back case, no crystal on front, no stem or crown on case. Elgin 18 size, keywind, running, crystal is loose (falls off). Elgin 18 size, stemwide, mainspring issue, ticks when balance is pushed, swing out case.

AWC Co Waltham, 18 size, keywind, mainspring good but doesn't stay running, missing crystal and bow, in an American Watch Co Sterling Silver case. Elgin 18 size, stemwind, running. Century USA 18 size, stemwind, mainspring issue, but ticks a bit if you push balance, missing bow, swing out case. Waltham 18 size, stemwind, movement rotated out of position in case and stem not engaged with movement, seconds bit at 3, locomotive engraving on back.

Elgin 18 size, stemwind, running, swing out case. Hampden 18 size, stemwind, running.

Elgin, 18 size, stemwind, mainspring good along with hairspring and balance, but balance seems out of position with pallet fork, two piece case where movement, stem, pendant bow all come out together from case. Elgin, 18 size, keywind, mainspring good but only ticks a few swings when push the balance. Elgin, 18 size, stemwind, running, no crystal. Waltham, 18 size, stemwind, running. Elgin, 18 size, stemwind, bad mainspring but ticks a few seconds when I wound it, coin silver case.

International Chicago, 16 size I guess, running. Hamilton 16 size, stemwind, mainspring good but bad balance, case seems to have plating wear, swingout case.

Elgin, 18 size, stemwind, running, elk engraved on back. Elgin, 16 size, running, but you have to put push stem inward when winding, railroad case, no crystal, has a chain. Seiko Right, equivalent to maybe 10 or 12 size, mainspring good, but ticks only a few seconds.

Westclox pocket ben, not running, no hands or crystal. Arnex quartz, small hunter case, not tested. Arta, maybe 10 or 12 size, running, art deco style.

Elgin, 12 size, stemwind, good mainspring but only ticks a few seconds. There are some with missing or bent hands that I may not have mentioned above. Some have hairlines on the dial. Please refer to the photos for those details and exterior condition.

In addition to the above, the following are also included. Handful of chains, there are two nice ones. 6 cases, 5 are complete with crystal and stem and for american size. Three I think are for 16 size, and 2 are smaller like 12 or 10 size. The 6th case is a silver (unknown purity or if it's plated) hunter case for a Tobias watch, missing bezel and crystal.

A Hamilton box for a 12 size. There a loose Hamilton movement in this lot which is from the watch that was in this box.

A plastic box with a couple dozen movement screws from when I removed many of these movements from their cases that were scrapped. Aside from the two silver cased watches mentioned above, and possibly the Tobias case being some sort of silver, there are no other cases of silver or gold filled material. All the others are silveroid, silverode, ore silver, etc. I have done my best to describe the lot. I will be happy to answer any questions, within reason.

This lot will barely fit in such a box and will have very little packing materials. You might expect a crystal to break or similar. It will be much more expensive.
