The movement is not working, it has a broken balance staff pivot. It also looks to have some parts missing under the dial. Dial cracked and quite dirty. Very high quality piece, lovely level of finishing, especially those wolfs teeth wheels with blued screws. The lever to set the time also does not function correctly.
