Signed by the maker, Benjamin Baxter - I have no reference to him in the few books I have. Chain is missing from the movement. The mainspring seems ok in the barrel with tension. Balance pivots are good but the balance is just a bit stiff.

Measures 35mm on the reverse, 38.1mm dial and approx 17mm thich from cock to dial top. Some damage to the dial but unusual to find a dial in this good a condition.
