Patek Philippe pocket watch for parts Runs but not accurate, from Butte Montana

  

This pocket watch came to me as a movement only, the original case was scrapped back in the early 80's. I searched for many years to find a solid gold case and have had NO luck here in Montana.

So I had my watch guy replace the case with a GOLD FILLED 20 year case that you can see here in my images. The movement and dial are signed. The dial looks good until you look closer at 10x and you can see the dial has been repaired in the near middle of the dial "Dial is repaired". Is signed Patek Philippe, No. Leyson Butte Montana, Geneve Suisse, Adjusted.
