Quarter repeater chronograph hunter pocket watch movement + enameled dial

  
The dial is enameled signed Lepic without any hair line. The diameter of the movement is about 49mm and the dial is 49.8mm. Crown at 3, lever set. The unbranded movement is in not working condition and the balance staff appears to be ok, the main spring is ok. If I try to wind it the balance moves, I think that need only to be cleanned and oiled. Sorry the Brazilian postal service is very expensive.
