Up for sale is this v. Ery fine example of a classic vintage.

Chronograph movement in good running, winding, setting, resetting and repeating condition. It has a enamel dial with black Arabic numbers which has a little scratch at 2. Up to 1/5 of a second time measuring.

The hands are not the authentic so may need replacement by the Louis IV type. This well jeweled movement appears to be made by Ditisheim & Co, Fabrique des Montres, La Chaux de Fonds, Switzerland for their Volta brand. It is provided with a breguet hairspring and a balance with timing screws, chronograph pillar wheel, 2 repeater hammers and 2 sound spirals. It measures 48 mm, without crown.
