Hamilton 17 jewel 16 size movement is not running and needs service and the dial even though I looks perfect with no hairlines the is a small repair at 6 that is covered when in a case. The and hairspring look good it is not working free. Measures 43 mm side to side. Tom Engle told me that this movement was only made from 1906 to 1910 and only 1100 were made, so many have been lost over the years in floods, fires and just lost so this is rare so maybe you can use it for parts.
