This is very rare Patek Philippe movement with spring detent escapement. Diameter of movement 45.5 - 46 mm. Dial is original enamel (porcelain). Movement has stamp Patek et comp (foto 8) but part of the stamp fell into the cutout of the remontuar. Photo 9 shows an identical stamp from another watch.
This stamp was used by Patek from 1845 to 1851 (Patek et Company). The number of the movement is 5832 (foto 10). According to the table it was made from 1850 to 1855.
The stamp was used until 1851. Hence this movement was manufactured in 1850 or 1851. The last two photos (11 and 12) are photos from the book Patek Philippe; Geneve: Martin Huber, Alan Banbery, which shows such a movement.
