Solid Silver Half Hunter Pocket Watch. Antique English lever compensated by right and craighead. The watch has a fully signed English levers stem winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed right and craighead Thomas wright and William craighead were both excellent watchmakers in their own rights and Thomas Robert won several awards for his watch making and also lectured on the watchmaking theory at the British Horological institute.
The movement is protected by a inner hinged cover. The case is solid silver made by Joseph Walton of upper Charles Street London. The case is 48 mm across. The dial is in excellent condition with blue steel hands. Both cases open and close as they should.
Comes with the added bonus of a silver outer case made by H&M anchor, lion , r. The back of the case is missing which makes it stand up right. The outer case opens and closes as it should.
