Movement is working, it winds up and ticks away happily. It has been running now for 3 hours without any issues. Unable to test for time keeping as the hands are missing. The piece comes from a deceased watchmakers estate and will most likely need servicing. Fantastic high quality piece, the images speak for themselves really.

The escape wheel is made of gold, it has wolfs teeth wheels and a very high level of hand finishing. Serial number on the dial reverse matches that of the movement.

Dial is damaged right at the center but this is very much hardly noticeable when you see the movement at a glance and can only be seen on close inspection. A rare and wonderful piece for the collector. To receive updates about new listings, special offers and upcoming stock.
