Pocket watch in solid 18K yellow gold is a beautiful antique, likely dating to a period between 1895 and 1900. The movement was manufactured by Patek Philippe although it is only signed by Tiffany & Co. The watch is in excellent shape for its age. The dial shows a bit of age though is certainly not damaged anywhere.

The 18K gold case is also in great shape, with only some faint scratches, no signs of actual damage. The watch winds and runs well, though it could probably use a service to improve its accuracy. Please see photos for more accurate assessment of item's condition. Please don't hesitate to ask!
