This Hamilton 12s Grade 917 17 jewel movement comes with a rare original dial with the Packard logo that reads "ASK THE MAN WHO OWNS ONE". These watches were created to present to Packard employee for years of service. Although the balance swings freely the movement does not run and at minimum need a mainspring. The dial is in very good overall condition with a few small fine scratches or marks near the 2 position.
